| COMMENTS: Cisele is amongst the earliest patterns found int he venerable parker 75, introduced around 1964 and produced at length in the USA and later in France. This one is not "first style" and has the dimpled-type top piece. No flaws to the metal and has smooth fine point. I used this one at work for a few months after grabbing it at Brimfield several years ago. The cosmetic issue is that the plastic gripping section has a few scattered small lumps/bubbles, perhaps from having been out in the sun. A nice user with clean exterior. | |||

| COMMENTS: First Year Jotters have become quite collectable.. The lined nylon barrel with no end cone is the key identifier to the early Jotter. Takes modern refills- including gel. This one is rather special. Orange/Salmon is a much "better" color, in the 1st-Year-Jotter universe. I've owned couple during the last ten years. Then I managed to find a tray of mint NOS (with original, generally non-working, cartridge). Stickered pen, superb in all respects. | |||

| COMMENTS: First Year Jotters have become quite collectable. The lined nylon barrel with no end cone is the key identifier to the early Jotter. Takes modern refills- including gel. This one is rather special. Marine Blue is amongst the most high cachet colors 1st-Year-Jotter universe. About five years ago I did the photo shoot of a major private collection for an article on Jotter for STYUS Magazine. The owner of this collection told me his blue pen was the only one he'd ever found. Recently I managed to find a tray of mint NOS (with original, generally non-working, cartridge) specimens. Stickered pe, superb in all respects. | |||

| COMMENTS: A not-so-common Parker model produced in 1946-7, blending features of other Parker pen lines. The cap resembled Parker 51" and features a clutch mechanism, and the blade clip invokes Parker's striped Duofold. The open feed and nib are Duofold/Vacumatic-esque, with the nib indeed resembling a Vac nib on which the arrow emblem was not stamped. The pen is button fill. Couple pin dings to the gold-filled cap. | |||

| COMMENTS: Introduced around 1947, the Vacumatic Successor appeared before the demise of the Vac, proper, and did not long succeed it. Featuring a mix of features from the era, the pen has a very 51-ish cap with blade clip, button filler, Vac-style nib but sans arrow emblem, and with bizarre clear feed i've heard is of lucite. I believe these were produced in just one size and in four colors. This one is superb. | |||

Featuring a mix of features from the era, the pen has a very 51-ish cap with blade clip, button filler, Vac-style nib but sans arrow emblem, and with bizarre clear feed i've heard is of lucite. | COMMENTS: The notion of a monochromatic "rainbow" tends to give me a headache, but that seems to be what folks call even the white-metal version of the cap divided by sweeping arcs. A multi-hued form exists, too. Clean pen. Capillary filler. No dings. Intact arrow in the hood. The black lines which divide the cap are no longer present in the engraved arcs- perhaps polished away vs original look. | |||

this one is just neat and is well outside my usual collecting interest.
Sterling Cisele pattern pen and pencil "Classic" set (1980's??) along
with mulitple caps demonstrating different advertising brands; BMW,
GTE, Motorola, 3M GE, Aramis and more. Intended no doubt to help sell
Parker pens with company logos. Fitted case is included. |
