| COMMENTS: The "Fat Snorkel Filler" intro'd 1959 as Snorkel, proper, was phasing out. Popular with collectors, this series premiered Sheaffer's inlaid nib. This one is superb writer with medium wet line, but has a crack in back of barrel that was sealed before I bought it. Cap has light ding at very top. Priced, i suspect, below parts given the excellent nib, ok cap, spring, blind-cap etc. A PFM you won't mind tossing about at work. | |||

| COMMENTS: Snorks gave Parker 51 a toe-to-toe run for the money during the 1950's. Cap has one small ding to right of clip. Barrel lacks imprint (pretty clean barrel- whether never had imprint or was polished away at some point, I cannot say). Writes well and of course fully restored. Figure with the modest ding and missing imprint, I'll toss this one in the "Basement". | |||
