| Pens
may be returned- used but unharmed- if you are unsatisfied with item for
any reason, if notice is given within 7 days of your receipt of item. |

pens may not be inked or dipped if one wishes to return them. |

pens are in working order unless noted otherwise |

works with several pen restorers of solid skill and reputation. |
| If
your new pen develops a problem, please contact hs. Occasionally ink sacs
go bad, nib-feed interfaces need adjustment etc. Within 1 year of purchase,
we will arrange for adjustment of problem. Please note that damage by owner
does not fall under the warranty. |

shipping costs $5 in USA. Insurance and international shipping cost
